1. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for technical failures that prevent service delivery.
- No refunds will be issued once a tutoring session has been attended.
- Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.
