Client Relations Officer
CRO
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, introducing them to Skool Guru's platform and services.
- Feedback and Issue Resolution:
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other key metrics.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrade existing packages to clients.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
