Business Development executive
BDE
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at SkoolGuru, you will be responsible for driving student admissions and building long-term relationships with parents, schools, and education partners. You will play a key role in promoting our one-to-one online tuition platform (KG–12), presenting customized solutions for students, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Your role involves generating leads, conducting free assessments, coordinating demo sessions, and closing admissions while maintaining strong after-sales support and rapport with parents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (EdTech/education sector preferred)
Fluency in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Hindi advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Freshers with strong communication skills and learning mindset may also apply

Ability to handle objections from parents tactfully
Readiness to travel (if required) for parent/school meetings
